Culinary connoisseurs and restaurant explorers are in for an extraordinary treat this February at MANI Restaurant. For four consecutive Thursdays, this staple of Berlin’s dining scene on Torstraße will transform into a stage for exceptional culinary collaborations.
Four Hand Dinner
In partnership with OpenTable, MANI is hosting an exclusive Four Hands Dinner Series, featuring a different head chef from a renowned partner restaurant each week. They will join forces with MANI’s own team, led by Head Chef Andrej Zatovic, to create a unique, one-night-only menu.
A Celebration of Culinary Exchange: The Concept
The idea is brilliantly simple: Two chefs, four hands, one menu. This collaborative dinner format, known as a Four Hands Dinner or Chef Collaboration, is a celebrated tradition in fine dining. It’s a vibrant exchange of ideas, techniques, and signature styles, resulting in a unique gastronomic experience that can’t be found on any regular à la carte menu.
“The direct exchange with our colleagues from other restaurants is incredibly exciting and inspiring for us,” says Genrich Agadschanjan, Director of Restaurants for the AMANO Group, to Berlins Gourmet Report. “When different styles, ideas, and experiences come together in one kitchen, something special is created. We are thrilled to offer our guests at MANI such a varied and high-quality program with this series.”
