Berlin’s dining scene just got a notable addition to its affordable fine-casual tier. Salhino, the long-standing Georgian family restaurant at Waitzstraße 1 in Charlottenburg, has been awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Germany—one of only two Berlin establishments to receive the distinction this year.
