Brunch at the JW Marriott every 2nd Sunday
From September 15, 2024, the Brunch Deluxe at the JW Steakhouse will be a fixed meeting point for foodies every second Sunday of the month from 12 noon to 3 pm. For 120 euros per person, guests can expect an exquisite selection of delicacies such as freshly opened “Fin de Claire” oysters, avocado croissants, fried scallops and USDA Prime beef fillet from the grill. In addition, unlimited Pommery champagne can be booked for 59 euros/person.
Guests are greeted on arrival with an artfully created welcome cocktail and the sounds of live music create an elegant atmosphere right from the start. The restaurant’s interior design, with its combination of dark red velvet armchairs, warm wood-panelled walls and nostalgic Art Deco lamps, creates an extravagant ambience.
The culinary experience of the Brunch Deluxe fulfills many requirements. Under the direction of the JW Steakhouse kitchen team, an exclusive tapas-style brunch is offered that sends guests on a journey of discovery: Freshly opened “Fin de Claire” oysters, whose salty freshness is the perfect start to an enjoyable brunch, avocado croissants, a perfect harmony of creaminess and light acidity, the finesse of “Crab Eggs Benedict” with their elegant ponzu hollandaise and the unique taste of seared scallops with a hint of tom kha foam make the brunch something special. The tender and juicy USDA Prime beef fillet from the grill is one of the highlights – a delight that impresses with its quality and preparation. Of course, there is also a sweet temptation to round off the meal: A sumptuous dessert buffet awaits guests, where every treat surprises with a creative twist. From crispy crêpes with cashew nut butter to a trio of chocolate domes.
