Le Faubourg is a reliable fine dining address in Berlin – even at lunchtime. “Our team has looked at every possible way to create popular recipes at reasonable prices,” says chef Daniel Kuhlmey, “and our top priority was not to compromise on taste or the quality of the ingredients.” Seasonal produce meets international greats to give well-known classics a fresh twist. No dish seems frugal and yet the price is low. “Lunch is a tradition at Le Faubourg,” explains Kuhlmey, “so giving up was not an option, so that our colorful mix of guests can continue to count on us in the future.”
The menu changes weekly. This gives guests plenty of variety and allows the team to respond to current offers on the market – a culinary win-win situation. The à la carte dishes include modern favorites such as a Healthy Green Bowl (12 euros), Beef Carpaccio (22 euros), Caesar Salad (14 euros), Rib Eye Steak (27 euros), a Cheeseburger (17 euros) and much more. Le Faubourg is also sticking to its incomparably affordable menu offers. You can choose from all-time favorites such as carrot soup, carpaccio of Brandenburg piglet, corn-fed chicken breast with onion jus, peas, mushrooms and celery puree and a pasta of the day. The 2-course menu – including main course with starter or dessert – costs 30 euros, three courses are available for 35 euros.
