Pizzeria Rasoterra in Wilmersdorf lures customers into its former corner-lot premises with the promise of Neapolitan sourdough pizza and a remarkably confident PR campaign. The press is largely in agreement: “Pretty much the best pizza in town.” A visit with family – and a cautious ear for the noise level.
