December 31, 2024 offers a glamorous New Year’s Eve gala at the Melia Hotel Berlin. Guests can expect an evening of culinary delights, music and magical moments. The energy of the evening will be infectious and the start of a new year will take place in a stylish ambience.
Melia Berlin New Year’s Eve Gala
The event begins at 19:30 – admission 19:00 – in the stylishly decorated banquet area. From delicious starters to the finest main courses and tempting desserts – the selection invites you to indulge yourself. The opulent gala buffet is available until 23:00. The tempting Opening Starters, for example, will delight you with cocktail prawns that harmonize with avocado and fjord salmon that melts in your mouth. For soup lovers, the crustacean cream soup with crayfish tails is an absolute must. Further culinary delights await guests in the main course. Among others: A porcini mushroom ravioli in aromatic truffle butter and a corn-fed chicken saltimbocca with crispy rosemary potatoes. Poached fjord salmon with green asparagus is also on the menu.
Another highlight awaits at the live station: freshly sliced roast beef, accompanied by herb butter and a selection of bean vegetables and potato and leek gratin. To finish, these desserts, for example, will tempt you: warm apple strudel, crème brûlée or champagne-passion fruit panna cotta.
Various wines, sparkling wine, beer and a selection of soft drinks are also served – all included.
During and after dinner, live music and a DJ will keep the party going on the dance floor. You can dance until the early hours of the morning.
A special highlight is the spectacular fireworks display at the Brandenburg Gate, which can be admired from the nearby Weidendamm Bridge.
The hotel’s stylish lobby bar offers another way to enjoy the evening, where guests can enjoy the included drinks. From 22:00, a selection of sparkling and colorful cocktails are available, which are included in the price.
