Starting November 8, 2025, Sphere Tim Raue on the Berlin TV Tower invites guests to experience a special three-course Christmas menu while enjoying panoramic views over Berlin. Renowned chef Tim Raue reinterprets classic German holiday favorites with distinctive notes of sweetness, acidity, and spice.

The menu includes a warming celeriac soup with duck ham and nuts, followed by oven-roasted duck with braised red cabbage, potato dumplings, and marjoram jus. For dessert, guests will enjoy a modern take on Bienenstich cake with passion fruit. The menu is accompanied by premium wines from German estates Dreissigacker and Dautel. The price of €132.50 per person includes wine pairing, water, coffee, and the elevator ride to the top. Online booking is available from October 24 (tv-turm.de/sphere-tim-raue).
