A new lunch-focused restaurant called hier. (=here) opened on June 1, 2026, at AchtBerlin, Schönhauser Allee 8 in Berlin. The concept centers on regional sourcing, seasonal cooking, and a deliberately compact menu designed for weekday lunch service.
The Ritz-Carlton Berlin at the historic Potsdamer Platz has launched a new seasonal afternoon tea concept. Under the name “A Symphony of the Seasons” , the luxury hotel reinterprets the British tea tradition with a focus on handcrafted pâtisserie and flavors that change with each quarter of the year. The premiere edition is the spring menu titled “Spring Awakening” .
