Hotel de Rome is opening a second rooftop terrace – the “Hedwig Terrace” – in addition to its popular large “Rooftop Terrace” on the 5th floor. This is located one floor above, offers more privacy with its lounge character and delights guests with a view of the city’s landmarks: Hedwig’s Cathedral, the Berlin Cathedral, the State Opera House Unter den Linden or the Red City Hall are within reach.
For the “Hedwig Terrace” unique sushi and sashimi specialties are offered in cooperation with “GO by Steffen Henssler“. Lovers of Japanese-Californian cuisine will enjoy freshly prepared, extraordinary creations such as “White Crush Roll”, “Caviar Cracker” or “Hamachi Sashimi”. The creative team around Bar Manager Benjamin Panek spoils guests with specially created signature drinks and innovative summer cocktails. Guests can also look forward to first-class wines as well as special champagne rarities from the house of Perrier-Jouët at the specially created bar by Pernod Ricard.
Surrounded by lavender beds, elegant rattan lounge furniture and carefully selected accessories offer exclusive comfort in a stylish as well as relaxed atmosphere.
