Restaurant POTS: now without Dieter Müller – but even better! The times of “a la carte” are over. Interesting: dish of the day at noon incl. water and coffee for 23,23 €.
Ganz Genüsslich, Ganz Klassisch and Ganz Pünktlich: These are the melodious names of the menus at Restaurant POTS, where guests are welcomed in the style of the German capital in an authentic and informal atmosphere and spoiled with German, newly interpreted classics by Chef Christopher Kujanski and his team.
Three different offerings – tailored to different needs – will be offered this year at the restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin: The 6-course POTS Ganz Genüsslich menu is geared toward gourmets who would like to experience the full repertoire of cuisine. Sommelier Pierre Girard spoils thereby the guests with primarily German wines or alternatively an exclusive non-alcoholic beverage company. Also available as a vegetarian menu. Ganz Genüsslich is served from Tuesday to Saturday at a price of 119 euros per person.
For all guests, who would like to try themselves rather through the menu, POTS offers completely classical, which is likewise changed every three months – adapted to the season.
And for all those who are in a hurry due to other evening events, Christopher Kujanski and his team have come up with something special – POTS Ganz Pünktlich. Within an hour, guests are served a selected excerpt from the Ganz Genüsslich menu in the form of a 3-course meal. It is available for 69 euros and also as a vegetarian option.
At Lunchtime a daily plate is offered for 23,23 € including water and coffee.
Opening hours Lunch 12.00 to 14.30 (Monday to Friday); Dinner 18.00-22.00 (Tuesday to Saturday).
