The stylish Dieselhaus blends Bavarian brewery traditions with hearty German cuisine and modern Berlin flair. Located in an industrial-chic setting at the historical Telegraphenamt, Dieselhaus serves four different goose menus to satisfy all tastes—including classic, vegan, and sharing platters.
Goose All You Can Eat
Enjoy crispy goose leg and breast, rich jus, and caramelized baked apple.
Sides include apple-cranberry red cabbage, Holsteiner kale with bacon, and potato dumplings with butter crumbs.

Vegan Goose Menu
A refined plant-based three-course menu:
Chestnut espuma soup with cinnamon croutons and caramelized pear, vegan meatballs, apple-cranberry cabbage, caramelized potato cream, and a festive Christstollen pannacotta with pomegranate-citrus salad.

HERITAGE Berlin: Modern Brasserie Flair & Seasonal Gourmet Menus
Located at Hotel Luc (Gendarmenmarkt), HERITAGE Berlin is renowned for its innovative fine dining and festive atmosphere. This season, the restaurant presents an exquisite Martinsgans Menu as well as luxurious Christmas and New Year’s dinners.
Martinsgans Menu (Nov 11 – Dec 26, 2025):
- Starter: Goose bouillon, root vegetables, rillettes
