The first edition of the Latin Food & Dance Festival will take place on July 25–26, 2026 at Jules B-Part, located at Luckenwalder Str. 6b, 10963 Berlin (Gleisdreieck). The event is organized by Berlin Italian Communication and runs on both days from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The festival focuses on Latin American street food, dance culture, and music. It is positioned as a cultural event rather than a pure food market, with programming that includes culinary offerings, dance workshops, and a DJ set.
Food Offerings
The event brings together a range of food vendors offering dishes from various Latin American countries. The following specialties are listed:
- Empanadas (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela)
- Arepas (Venezuela)
- Ceviche (Peru)
- Choripanes
- Pão de Queijo (Brazil)
- Llapingachos (Ecuador)
- Plantain-based burgers
- Venezuelan hot dogs with homemade sauces
- Grilled meat and chorizo skewers
- Tacos, quesadillas, nachos
- Jollof specialties
Dessert options include alfajores, churros, and fruit-based ice cream and slush varieties (mango, passion fruit, blueberry, cherry).
One vendor – an Argentinian pizzaiolo – offers a fusion dish combining fried empanadas with elements of Neapolitan pizza fritta.
Dance Program
In cooperation with the Berlin-based dance school La Mambita, the festival offers a series of dance workshops. Participation is free of charge. The schedule is as follows:
- 12:30 – 13:30 – Salsa Cubana
- 14:15 – 15:15 – Bachata
- 16:00 – 17:00 – Salsa on1 (LA Style)
- 17:45 – 18:45 – ChaChaChá & Salsa on2 (NY Style)
- 19:30 – 20:30 – Salsa (for participants with prior knowledge)
From 20:30 to 22:00, a Latin DJ set provides music for open dancing.
