Between Techno and Dough: A Second Attempt at Rasoterra on Uhlandstraße

At the corner of Uhlandstraße and Ludwigkirchstraße in Wilmersdorf, a new gastronomic player has been making waves since 2025. Pizzeria Rasoterra in Wilmersdorf lures customers into its former corner-lot premises with the promise of Neapolitan sourdough pizza and a remarkably confident PR campaign. The press is largely in agreement: “Pretty much the best pizza in town.” A visit with family – and a cautious ear for the noise level.

Pizza at Francuccis

Pizza is something everybody likes to eat. Like Sushi, it can be tasty, but has nothing in common with the original product. We visited Francuccis at Kudamm. Fraco Francucci was the first who offered Pizza in Berlin. I think, he started in 1962. I am customer since the early 70ties. After school we went there and ate a piece of squared pizza for 1 DM.
