The perfect pair at the Grand Hyatt Berlin: Japanese tradition meets Laurent-Perrier champagne on March 12 and August 20
Japanese sushi creations from the sushi chefs of the Vox restaurant and fine Laurent-Perrier champagne form a sparkling combination. On March 12 and August 20, guests can see for themselves that the two strong protagonists are not adversaries, but stand in complete harmony for a unique taste experience.
At the special event, the chefs promise exciting insights into the Vox show kitchen – including tips and tricks for DIY attempts at home. In addition to the popular sushi classics, the sushi masters will also prepare vegetarian variations and a selection of the finest sashimi in front of the guests to bring the diversity of Japanese tradition to life. For friends of unusual desserts Sweet Sushis provide further highlights.
The selection of authentic specialties from Japan is accompanied by the lively character of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
The gourmet evening Sushi & Champagne is rounded off with live music.
For members of the Gourmet Club the event costs 95 euros per person, all others get sushi and champagne for 110 euros per person. On both evenings – i.e. March 12 and August 20, 2022 – the event starts at 7 p.m., admission is from 6:30 p.m. onwards.
